Police investigating death of two-month-old
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are trying to determine how a two-month-old boy died Tuesday after he was found unresponsive at a home in the 9400 block of Lake Creek Street, near East Silverado Ranch Road.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a call was received at about 2:45 p.m. June 19 from a woman who said that the baby was not breathing. She was given instructions on how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Responding officers also attempted CPR.
The baby was later pronounced dead at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals - Siena campus.
The baby has been identified by the Clark County Coroner as Peyton William James Klingenberg.
A cause of death has not been determined. The incident is currently under investigation.
