Man accused of sexually assaulting teen at a local park
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at a park in southwest Las Vegas.
24-year-old Nashar Jackson of Las Vegas was arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault.
Authorities said a 15-year-old girl told school officials on Monday morning that she was attacked at Spring Valley Park, near Buffalo and Flamingo, after a man followed her off a bus.
Clark County School District Police located Jackson near Flamingo and Tenaya. Metro's sexual assault detectives were called to the scene, and Jackson was arrested.
