Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- It was a big day out at Nellis Air Force Base Friday.
Colonel Barry R. Cornish took command of the 99th Air Base Wing.
As commander, he will oversee both the 99th Air Base and Creech Air Force Base in Indian Springs.
Cornish is a distinguished graduate of the University of North Texas Reserve Officer Training Corps Program.
He has also served all over the world in various leadership roles.
