LVMPD searching for two suspects involved in robbery, beating
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is looking for two suspects involved in a recent robbery.
On May 22, just before 4 p.m. police said two suspects robbed a young woman in the area of 4300 West Sahara.
Metro said the two male suspects struck up a conversation with two young women outside a convenience store.
The two males were sitting inside their vehicle, with the two women standing outside the vehicle.
During the conversation, one of the suspects took the victim's phone and refused to give it back.
When the victim attempted to recover her property, the suspect allegedly began to hit the victim in the face. The other suspect then placed the vehicle into drive and attempted to flee the area.
One of the victims was caught under the vehicle, dragged and run over as the suspects attempted to flee.
The suspects are described as white males, between the ages of 19 and 24, around five foot six or five foot nine, both with dark brown hair.
