Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Bryan Clay, the 22-year-old man accused of brutally murdering and sexually assaulting a Las Vegas mother and her 10-year-old daughter, pled not guilty to all charges at an arraignment Wednesday in district court.

A jury trial was set for next June. District Attorney Steve Wolfson has said that his office will seek the death penalty.

Clay is accused of killing Ignacia "Yadira" Martinez and 10-year-old Karla Martinez and badly injuring Arturo Martinez.

Clay also is accused of trying to rape a woman hours before the April 15 attack at the Martinez home.

Clay was arrested April 27. He is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center.
