Henderson police search for bank robber
Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- Henderson police are searching for a man they say robbed a Nevada State Bank branch on Friday afternoon.
Police say the robber entered the bank at 11590 S. Eastern Avenue at about 4:30. He demanded money from one of the tellers, who gave him cash before the robber ran off.
The bank robber is described as a white man in his 50's or 60's, about 5-feet 9-inches tall, about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing tan shorts, a white T-shirt, black hat, white tennis shoes and black sunglasses.
Authorities believe the same man robbed another Nevada State Bank branch nearby in April.
