Pacquiao's loss stirs controversy
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Manny Pacquiao lost his welterweight title in a controversial split decision to Timothy Bradley on Saturday in Las Vegas.
Promoter Bob Arum represents both fighters and has asked the Nevada Attorney General for an investigation, according to USA Today.
Most thought the bout went went Pacquiao's way and were stunned when the decision was announced.
Two of the three judges gave the fight to Bradley.
It was Pacquiao's first loss fight in seven years and boos filled the MGM Grand Garden Arena when the result was announced.
One of the stipulations in the fight contract guarantees Pacquiao a rematch in November.
Some are accusing the judges, who are chosen by the Nevada Athletic Commission, of rigging the fight.
