Electric Daisy Carnival ends with few arrests
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The final night of Electric Daisy Carnival 2012 ended with very few arrests by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
There were only 12 narcotic-related felony arrests and three misdemeanor arrests.
There were zero misdemeanor citations or gross misdemeanor arrests and zero arrests related to driving under the influence or alcohol or drugs.
There were 190 medical calls resulting in seven people being transported to an area hospital.
There was one traffic accident at 4:30 a.m. Monday morning when a truck hit a pedestrian as that person was attempting to cross Las Vegas Boulevard.
That person was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
According to carnival organizers, there were 106,518 attendees and 78 ejections.
