Las Vegas Fire & Rescue ambulance-involved accident slows traffic
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) – A Las Vegas Fire and Rescue ambulance was on its side after an accident at Washington Avenue and Buffalo Drive.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police told Action News the ambulance was crossing through the intersection when it was broadsided by a vehicle. The elderly driver of the at-fault vehicle was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Metro estimated the driver was an 80-year-old man.
No other injuries have been reported but traffic was slow in the area for cleanup and investigation.
