North Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The North Las Vegas Fire Department wants to make sure that this Fourth of July is safe for anyone using fireworks.
Firefighters held a clinic yesterday to show how much damage illegal fireworks can cause.
Last year, NLVFD responded to 34 fireworks-related incidents during the week before the fourth.
That included seven house fires.
In North Las Vegas, you can not legally light any kind of fireworks until June 28.
