High school ROTC instructor accused of sexual misconduct
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- An ROTC instructor at Sunrise High School is behind bars after being accused of sexual misconduct with a student.
Police say 49-year-old Douglas Young was arrested after detectives received information regarding allegations of sexual assault by a teacher.
Young was arrested and booked at the Clark County Detention Center and charged with sexaul misconduct at the time of this release.
