Coroner IDs motorcyclist killed by hit-and-run driver on Boulder Highway
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The motorcyclist that was killed yesterday afternoon by a hit-and-run driver on Boulder Highway has been identified by the Clark County coroner as 71-year-old Dennis M. Grady of Las Vegas.
According to police, the motorcyclist tipped over while waiting in an intersection for traffic to move.
A dump truck traveling through the intersection ran over the motorcyclist.
Witnesses say that the driver of the truck got out, looked at the motorcyclist, then got back in the truck and fled the scene.
Police later searched a truck they thought might have been involved in the accident but no information has been released about an arrest.
