Bryan Clay waives right to appear court for domestic violence charges
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The 22-year-old man who is accused of raping and killing a mother and her daughter in their home waived his right to appear in court this morning for two unrelated domestic violence cases.
Bryan Clay Jr. was scheduled for an evidentiary hearing before a judge that would decide if there was enough evidence to send the cases to trial.
Clay is accused of attacking his pregnant 16-year-old girlfriend in two different incidents earlier in the year.
Clay is also being charged with multiple crimes in the raping and killing of a mother and daughter and attack on the husband and father in April.
