Kathleen Vermillion case handed over to DA's office
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The case involving former Henderson city councilwoman Kathleen Vermillion has been handed over to the District Attorney's office.
The case alleges Vermillion was involved in attempting to extort money from her ex-boyfriend, county commissioner Steve Sisolak.
District Attorney Steve Wolfson will determine whether the case, which also involves PR Executive Mark Fierro and Attorney Rob Martin, will go to trial.
