Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Contact 13 has received hundreds of complaints about soaring water bills for months.
But now, there is a new reason that customers are upset with the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
Both residents and business owners are being hit with a new surcharge and they are not happy and want to know what to do.
