Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A new McDonald's restaurant is open on the Las Vegas Strip, but this isn't your typical Micky-D's.
Metro McDonald's has a familiar menu, but a new concept. It's across the street from CityCenter and features it's own sleek, urban design. Graphic art covers the walls. The furniture is sleek and contemporary. It even has gleaming chandeliers. Metro McDonald's is the first of it's kind. Operations manager Josephine Wee says the corporation is test-marketing the concept here in Las Vegas. "We really want to cater to all of the different kind of customers from all over the world, and they love to come to Vegas, so why not come into a restaurant that looks vibrant and colorful like this and experience the great service that we have?" Wee said. Metro McDonald's is at the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Boulevard and is open 24 hours.
