Laughlin teen killed in early morning rollover crash
Laughlin, NV (KTNV) -- A Laughlin teen was killed in an early morning rollover crash.
It happened just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Marina Lagoon Drive and Needles Highway.
The Las Vegas Metro Police Department says the Ford Explorer was traveling south on a dirt road when the driver lost control, causing the vehicle to roll. The 19-year-old driver was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
The 17-year-old passenger, also from Laughlin, was not hurt and called the crash into police.
