Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Metro Police Department has identified the suspect and the victim in a fatal shooting at the Bonanza Pines Senior Living Center over the weekend.
Police say Roger Foley is responsible for the shooting and will be in court on Wednesday for a 72-hour hearing.
Investigators say Ron Mattox died in the shooting. His mother, Betty Mattox, remained hospitalized as of Monday.
Police say after Foley shot them, he called 911 and reported what he did.
