Garage painted, yard cleaned up at vacant house after story airs
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - An eyesore is no more for those in one Valley neighborhood. Neighbors emailed Action News about a house near Smoke Ranch and Jones. They say kids were going into it through the backyard and tagging it. They say no one has lived it in for years. The house is still in the homeowner's name but paperwork shows Safeguard Properties is maintaining the property for the mortgagee, Seterus.
Action News called both companies and neighbors say just days after the story aired, someone came out and painted the garage door and cleaned up the yard. They only hope it stays that way.
