Truman faces no charges over trapped bobcat video
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- No charges will be filed against Tracy Truman, the former wildlife official behind the controversial YouTube video of a dog barking at a trapped bobcat.
The outrage surrounding the video prompted Truman to resign from the Clark County Wildlife Advisory Board in February.
After his resignation, an investigation into whether his actions classified as animal cruelty continued.
Animal activist Gina Greisen tells Action News she met with the District Attorney Steve Wolfson about the issue on Wednesday.
Both Greisen and Wolfson's offices confirmed the DA did not find anything in the tape that he considered misdemeanor animal cruelty.
