(KTNV) -- More and more stay-at-home moms who are struggling to make ends meet are turning to their telephones to make money.
There is a rising trend of moms getting jobs as phone sex operators.
The number of mothers with young children looking for phone sex work has jumped four hundred percent in the last 18 months, according to the website ratracerebellion.com.
Although many moms say that they may be embarrassed by what they are doing, they will do anything to make ends meet.
Phone sex lines used to be run by call center but now there are online organizations who help women find jobs like these and work from home.

Christin writes: "Being a single mom, I can understand. As for me, I am too shy. That would never work for me."
Kim adds: "I for one think it's great. Mom gets to feed her kids and pay the bills and she is also in the home with and for her kids."
