Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The tragic death of a local teenager inspired a local company to hold a fundraiser in her name on Wednesday.

Flightlinez in downtown Las Vegas donated all of its zipline revenue to create a $5,000 scholarship in the name of Arbor View High School student Alyssa Otremba.

They tell us they were able to race $13,700 in total.

$6,000 of that is going to the Alyssa Otremba scholarship at Arbor View. $7700 is going to the Rape Crisis Center.
