A youth facility director is facing charges after police said he may have committed lewd acts with at least 3 minors.

On Thursday, detectives were investigating a report of lewd conduct that had occurred between 44-year-old Willis Brown, known as "Coach Willis" and a teenager at the Boys and Girls Club located at 10900 Southern Highlands Parkway.

Willis is the director of the club.

During the investigation, detectives discovered two additional potential victims.

As a result of the investigation, detectives arrested Brown and transported him to the Clark County Detention Center where he currently faces three counts of lewdness with a child under 16 years of age.

Dozens of parents were shocked.

One woman said she was pulling her child out of the program; however, another family felt differently.

"I've known him since I was about 7," said Alex Frakes, "and he's been a dad figure to me since then."

"I would never even imagine Will to be that sort of a person," said mom Gina Frakes.

The Frakes family has known Brown for years.  They said he was a kind and compassionate leader.

"He put together a lot of different functions, and he was always very caring," said Gina, "I never, at any point, ever felt there was anything odd."

The community is thinking of the potential victims while the Frakes are concerned for the alleged suspect.

"This could be very detrimental to his career, his family," said Gina.

Authorities have not released details of the investigation.
