They hope to offer new ski runs and lifts next winter and also add mountain biking trails and more parking.
Right now, they are looking into how their plans might affect the environment. They are also asking for feedback from the public.
Some people who live in the area are worried that the expansion plans will result in heavier traffic and more trash on the mountain.
The Forest Service will ultimately decide if Lee Canyon is allowed to expand.
