The Las Vegas man finds designing and printing decals soothing.

When he was struck with grief following the 1 October attack, he turned to his hobby to calm his emotions and help others.

Matt Holbo spends most of his day in a wheelchair because of a back injury but finds joy in designing vinyl decals.

He has them all over his apartment.

"It gives me something to do to take my mind off of other things," Holbo said.

So when he was feeling overcome with emotion following the 1 October attack, he turned to his computer to design a memorial decal.

"It gave me a way to let the energy from it go," Holbo said.

It reads "United Vegas Strong" on the face of the Welcome to Las Vegas sign.

Instead of selling the decals, he is giving them away to people who request them in hopes they will help unite the community.

While he has limited resources, he says people can reach out to him through his Facebook page.
