Las Vegas police continue their investigation into a fatal shooting that occurred in the 1100 block of East Bonanza Road, near Maryland Parkway on Monday.
Police were calling the situation a road rage incident, as a driver and two pedestrians got into an altercation around 8 p.m.
Authorities believed the pedestrians were jaywalking as they were crossing the street before the driver parked at a nearby convenience store and approached them inside the store at the time.
An altercation ensued and during the fight one of the men pulled out a gun and shot the driver, according to police.
The driver was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Thursday, police released surveillance footage of the two suspects, as authorities continue to attempt to locate them.
