"While we encourage attendees to have a great experience and enjoy the event, let it be known, the Nevada Highway Patrol will have “Zero Tolerance” in regards to impaired driving or any other unsafe activity on our roadways. The marijuana law became effective January 1, 2017."

Marijuana is approved for use in the privacy of your home only. If you get stopped and you're under the influence of marijuana you will get a DUI. If motorist should see an impaired driver they can call 911 or *NHP from their cellular device. The cell phone law does not apply to a driver if they are reporting an emergency.
