The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is cracking down on illegal medical marijuana delivery services.
Since medical marijuana became legal in Nevada, more and more illegal delivery services are popping up, and it is putting people at risk.
"Nevada has some of the strictest testing policies out there which I think is a great thing. It's all setup for patient safety and none of these delivery services have to abide by those regulations," said Foster Boone with The Apothecarium Las Vegas.
Las Vegas police released a PSA on the issue.
"People don't realize that they're giving criminals access to their homes their personal information, their names, their date of birth and they're inviting robbers, burglars and identity thieves right into their homes," according to the LVMPD PSA.
