Stress in America survey finds less people are stressed
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- According to a new survey, there are less Americans now that describe themselves as being stressed.
The survey was done by the American Psychological Association and although they found less people who described themselves as stressed, those are stressed say that they are "extremely stressed."
Not surprisingly, financial concerns seem to take the biggest toll. Money, work and overall economy were cited as the top three caused of stress.
Those reasons were followed by relationships and family problems, including an emerging one -- taking care of aging parents.
People in the West report the least stress. People on the East Coast seem to be more concerned with the higher cost of living.
