TSA agents made an unusual discovery at McCarran International Airport recently.
They posted a picture on their Instagram account of a hatchet that was in a carry-on bag. While hatchets are allowed, they have to be in checked baggage.
Need to travel with your hatchet? They’re not allowed in carry-ons, but feel free to bury them in your checked baggage. Have any more hatchet or axe questions? Let us know and we’ll take a swing and chop away at them one by one. This one was discovered in a carry-on bag at Las Vegas (LAS).
