A former Las Vegas FBI agent will spend about 4 months behind bars for shooting at a police officer in Michigan.
Ruben Manuel Hernandez was sentenced Thursday in Grand Rapids where he was charged with firing at the officer in December.
Police said it happened while Hernandez was in Michigan investigating a case.
