(Las vegas, NV)- Dispite today's disappointing jobs report, the Census Bureau offered some encouraging news. New figures show, after staying put for the past few years, Americans are moving again. More young adults are leaving their parents' homes and sharp declines in birth rates are bottoming out.                                                                                         Existing home sales are also up 9.3%, the best level in 12 months. But the the employment picture is still troubling. That could change going into the holidays, with two major retailers announcing plans for seasonal employment.

Target says it will hire between 80-and 90,000 temporary workers through the holidays. Kohl's plans on adding 52,000.
