A valley family's home turns into a disaster zone after two strangers allegedly break in near Buffalo Drive and Spring Mountain Road last week.

"Whole house is just like ... World War II," said Bill Zhu.

Bill says the crooks entered by throwing rocks at the rear sliding glass door.

The Zhu family has lived in the home for 20 years. Now, it's almost unrecognizable to daughter Jane.

"You have to be real careful," she said.

Furniture, clothes and papers are scattered and tossed in every corner of the home. There's also significant damage to the sliding glass door and other structures.

"The blinds were torn off," she said.

The family tells 13 Action News the uninvited guests stayed inside the home for about three hours. In that time, every room, including that of Jane's mom, was hit.

"It's really upsetting to say the least," Jane said.

The beloved woman's room had not been touched since she passed away.

Jane now says she's concerned about the well-being of her father.

"I'm so worried because like...I can't live here with him," she said.
