A dog died in a fire early Wednesday on the east side of the valley.
The fire started around 3:25 a.m. in the 2200 block of Linn Lane, near Lake Mead Boulevard and Sloan Lane. Upon arrival, Clark County firefighters reported a mobile home fully involved with fire.
The fire was contained by 3:54 a.m.
2 people were displaced as a result of the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. It appears a shed in the back of the property caught fire and then spread to the house.
