A man was shot in the butt Friday night in northeast Las Vegas.
The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. in the 5300 block of East Craig Road, near North Las Vegas Boulevard. Police said the man was shot during a fight.
A friend of the man originally tried to transport him to the hospital but later pulled into a gas station where they met with police. He was then transported to University Medical Center, where he has non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect remains at large.
