Henderson police arrest 3 women in Victoria's Secret theft ring

Henderson police arrested three women in connection with the theft of merchandise from multiple Victoria’s Secret stores throughout the valley, including one store in Henderson.
 
Taja Banks, 24, Kendra Cole-Matthews, 23, and Deondra McGregory, 22, were booked into the Henderson Detention Center.

Banks was charged with seven counts of burglary, seven counts of participating in a retail theft ring; Cole-Matthews was charged with three counts of burglary, three counts of grand larceny less than $3,500 and a petit larceny; and McGregory was charged with two counts burglary, one count of grand larceny less than $3,500 and one petit larceny.
 
They are accused of entering the Victoria’s Secret store at The District at Green Valley, stealing merchandise from display tables and running out of the store.

There are five reports of theft with an estimated $10,000 total loss. No one was injured in the burglaries.
 
Cole-Matthews and McGregory were arrested around 6 p.m. in Las Vegas, in the area of Cheyenne Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard on Sunday and Banks was arrested on Wednesday night at noon near North Rancho Drive in Las Vegas without incident.
