The Clark County district attorney has announced plans to seek the death penalty for two of the three men accused of killing an employee at Lee's Discount Liquor during a robbery.

DA Steve Wolfson says that he will seek the death penalty against 20-year-old Lee Dominic Sykes and 24-year-old Ray Charles Brown.

“Nevada law provides for the death penalty to be sought in certain circumstances.  It is reserved for the worst of the worst,” said District Attorney Steve Wolfson. “The circumstances of this case make it clear that it is appropriate for us to seek the death penalty against Mr. Sykes and Mr. Brown.”

It is believed that Brown pulled the trigger.

All three men are facing multiple charges, including murder, robbery with a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping and more.
