Surveillance video caught two burglars sneaking into a store to steal a safe, but it all happened while workers were inside the store.
The furniture store is near Desert Inn Road and Valley View Boulevard. People working at Nevada Business Furniture say there were at least three people working inside their store, when two men snuck in behind loading crews through the back door.
"It's just weird that they would do something like that in broad daylight," says sales representative, Lupe Gutierrez.
Inside the safe were company credit cards, cash, keys and company documents.
"If they would have been caught in the act, we do have weapons," Gutierrez says. "We would have pulled them out in that moment."
Gutierrez says they plan to get more monitors so more people can see the surveillance cameras, and they also hope to put alert bells on the doors.
