9:42 P.M.

Northbound US95 through the Spaghetti Bowl has re-opened following repairs and cleanup from asphalt/concrete debris on the road. 

8:31 P.M.

In the early 8pm hour, Nevada Highway Patrol closed northbound US-95 through the Spaghetti Bowl near Downtown Las Vegas due to asphalt/concrete coming up from a joint into the northbound lanes of US-95 in that area.  The affected lanes will be closed indefinitely while the situation is assessed.  Six vehicles are reported to be disabled due to damage including flat tires.

7:30 P.M.

At 6:37 p.m., the Clark County Fire Department responded to a report of an outside fire at Sunset Park. The CCFD initially responded 1 engine and 1 rescue. Upon arrival,  personnel reported a large brush fire of approximately 1 acre and requested 4 more engines, a water tender, and a battalion chief to assist with mitigating the incident. Crews now have the fire contained and mostly extinguished, but are still working on scene. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is unknown. Damages have not been estimated.

4:45 P.M.

Around 10:15 a.m., the Clark County Fire Department responded to a report of a fire at 3823 Pecan Lane, near Owens Avenue and Pecos Road. Upon arrival,  personnel reported large amounts of smoke and flame showing from the roof of an abandoned mobile home. Crews made a defensive attack and extinguished the fire in approximately 30 minutes. No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation. Damages have not been estimated.

1:30 P.M.

A person is killed in a single vehicle rollover on the I-15 southbound near Moapa. Exit 91 southbound is closed.

 

10:15 A.M.

The Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) responded to a report of a fire at 3823 Pecan Lane. CCFD sent four engines, one truck, one rescue, and two battalion chiefs which included resources from Las Vegas Fire and Rescue and North Las Vegas Fire Department.

Upon arrival,  personnel reported large amounts of smoke and flame showing from the roof of an abandoned mobile home. Crews made a defensive attack and extinguished the fire in approximately 30 minutes. NV Energy and Southwest Gas were requested to assist with utilities.

No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation.

10 A.M.

A water main broke near Durango Drive and Cheyenne Avenue Tuesday morning.

2 A.M.

Nye County Sheriff's Office Detectives/Deputies executed a search warrant at 150 N. Leslie Street in Pahrump. During the execution of the warrant, shots were fired, and the subject of the warrant was pronounced deceased at the scene.

No deputies were injured.

Two Nye County Sheriff's Office Deputies fired their weapons and are currently on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

1:36 A.M.

The Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) responded to a report of a fire at 5473 S. Mojave Rd. CCFD sent four engines, one truck, one rescue, and two battalion chiefs.

Upon arrival,  personnel reported smoke showing from a two-story house. The house was reported to be abandoned. Crews made an offensive attack and extinguished the fire at a reported time of 1:47 A.M.

No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation. Damages have not been estimated.
