At least four families living in the northwest say their cars were tagged Wednesday night with racial slurs and inappropriate images.

This happened in neighborhoods near Ann and Rainbow.

Bert Lucas says he walked outside Thursday at 4:45 a.m. to find the word 'Trump' and a racial slur spray painted on his truck.

"I couldn't believe what I saw," said Lucas.

Three other families within a one mile radius also had racial slurs and disturbing images on their cars.

"We've had issues with certain kids in the neighborhood in the past but nothing really came to mind," he said. "It was kind of suspicious that my vehicle of the three that were here....none of the (nearby) neighbors were hit."

Lucas's wife scrubbed the paint for hours with old socks and acetone-free nail polish remover.

He did file a police report and hopes the person or people responsible are caught.
