Sentencing has been pushed back in a rape case involving a self-described pimp who changed lawyers in his upcoming capital murder case in the deaths of three people on the Las Vegas Strip.

Defense attorney Robert Langford said Wednesday that a Dec. 4 sentencing date might be postponed again for 27-year-old Ammar Harris.

Langford and defense attorney Thomas Ericsson were appointed last month to represent Harris in his murder case after a team of special public defenders withdrew.

Harris was found guilty Sept. 20 of four felonies in a June 2010 sex attack on an 18-year-old woman at a condominium off the Las Vegas Strip.

Langford expects Harris' Dec. 2 trial in a shooting that killed an aspiring rapper and crash that killed two other people will also be postponed.
