Police continue to investigate last week's deadly shooting and explosion on the Las Vegas Strip. On Monday, local authorities provided an update on what detectives are finding out.

Police said others were in the Range Rover when the shooting happened, but they are certain it was Ammar Harris who fired the shots into the Maserati.

Now, officers have a message for anyone with knowledge of Harris' whereabouts.

"To anyone who is aware of his location, or is assisting Ammar Harris in any way, you will be arrested and prosecuted," said Captain Chris Jones. "You may think you're being a friend, but keep in mind Ammar Harris is wanted for the murder of three citizens."

Harris is described as 26 years, old, about 5'11" and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities wouldn't specify where they are looking, claiming Harris could be anywhere. When he is apprehended, District Attorney Steve Wolfson said Harris will be brought to Clark County to be prosecuted.

"I'm confident he's going to be charged and prosecuted for murder and other related offenses," DA Steve Wolfson said. "Let's just get him into custody, because this is a dangerous man."

Police would not elaborate on reports that there was a prior history between Harris and Kenny Clutch, the aspiring rapper driving the Maserati when he was shot dead.

They did say the entire homicide department is working on the case.

Anyone with information on Harris' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
