Downtown retailers celebrate Small Business Saturday
On November 24, holiday shoppers are invited to celebrate the third annual Small Business Saturday by patronizing small and local businesses. Last year, more than 100 million people nationwide participated in the shopping holiday created by American Express as a counterpart to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
The Las Vegas community is invited to visit the high concentration of independently-owned businesses, studios and galleries located in the 18b Las Vegas Arts District and surrounding area in downtown Las Vegas.
Special discounts and events will be available at Hiptazmic Studio, Jaikowski Studios, and Trifecta Gallery in the Arts Factory on East Charleston. Nearby retailers also taking part in the special day include Globe Salon, Gaia Flowers, Gifts and Art, Inside Style, and Vexed by Design.
