Businesses in Southern Nevada are coming together to help each other recover from the economic downturn. This week, the inaugural "Committed to our Community" event is being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Representatives from government agencies, the hospitality-industry, utility companies and private and local organizations will be on-site seeking to connect with
local businesses. Experts in social media, risk management, and alternative funding will be sharing information.
