The NV Energy Senior Energy Assistance Expo will provide a one-stop-shop for seniors to access resources and information on financial stability.

Seniors may receive energy assistance through Project REACH, make payment arrangements and receive help through a variety of social service programs.

Customers must bring a valid Nevada drivers license or state ID, past due NV Energy bill and proof of income. Anyone who has received energy assistance in the previous 12 months is not eligible to receive assistance but can take advantage of other resources offered at the event.

The expo will take place Saturday, August 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event is free to the public. It'll take place at Cashman Center at 850 Las Vegas Boulevard North, Hall A, in Las Vegas, 89101.
