UNLV coach heading to Olympics
UNLV's assistant track coach Khadevis Robinson is going back to the Olympics.
At last month's U.S. Olympic Trials in Eugene, Ore., Robinson finished second in the 800 meters with a time of 1 minute, 44.64 seconds. He will be competing for the U.S. in London, along with Nick Symmonds and Duane Solomon Jr.
This is Robinson's second trip to the Olympics. He competed in Athens in 2004. He barely missed making the team in 2008, finishing in fourth place.
The Olympic men's 800 M competition starts on Monday, Aug. 6. You can keep track of Robinson's progress by following him on Twitter, @khadevis.
