Las Vegas guitarist Robby LeBlanc has just returned home after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.

LeBlanc says he was inspired to make the climb after he met expert climber Werner Berger, who was 68 years old at the time.  But he was overweight, and knew he needed to lose at least 100 pounds before he could attempt the feat.  It took more than five years for him to do that, and he was diagnosed with diabetes in the meantime.

Now that LeBlanc has lost weight and reached his goal, he wants to share his story and raise awareness about the obesity epidemic in this country.  He is partnering with Vegas PBS on their "Keeping Kids Fit" program.  To learn more, check out Robby's website at www.robbyleblanc.com.
