Capping off a championship season for the Las Vegas Wranglers, the team announced that almost $400,000 was donated back to the Las Vegas community in the 2011-2012 season.

For example, specialty jersey auctions brought in more than $46,000 from the community.

Through a St. Patrick's Day themed jersey and donations for players to shave their heads, the Wranglers were able to donate $32,577 to the St. Baldrick's Foundation and childhood cancer research.

Almost $9,000 went to two local breast cancer organizations after the return of Pink in the Rink in February.

Celebrating 10 seasons of Wranglers hockey this year, 2012-2013 ticket plans are on sale now. For tickets and deals call the Wranglers front office at (702) 471-PUCK.

The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, next to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 West Tropicana Avenue.
