Four nationally recognized authors will encourage financial fitness for women at the Nevada Women's Money Conference, Saturday, June 2, 2012, at the Historic Fifth Street School in Downtown Las Vegas.

Presented by the Nevada State Treasurer Kate Marshall, the Nevada College Savings Board and the International Association of Working Mothers, the full-day conference will offer women the opportunity to learn how to take better control of their money and family finances.

The keynote speaker will be financial expert Vicki Gunvalson, author of "More Than A Housewife" and one of the stars of the Bravo television series "The Real Housewives of Orange County." At the age of 29 with no college degree, she established Coto and Financial Services Inc., which today is one of the most successful insurance agencies and financial services companies in the United States.

Marcia Brixey, author of "The Money Therapist: A Woman's Guide to Creating a Healthy Financial Life" and President of Money Wi$e Women will also speak.

Conference attendees will learn how to reduce financial stress; feel confident with money matters; fix credit; pay off debt; maximize income; save for college and retirement; develop a financial support network; and how to build a more secure financial future. The conference also will feature discussion sessions with professional financial mentors; a financial resources expo; and networking events.

Registration is $50 per person. More information is available at www.NVWomensMoney.org.
