The Las Vegas 51s are helping the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada celebrate their 100th anniversary.  They've declared Friday, May 18 to be Girl Scouts night.  When they take the field against Memphis, they will be wearing special Girl Scout inspired green sash jerseys.

Girl Scouts will be included throughout the evening activities including the national anthem, color guard and design of the program book cover.  The evening will conclude with a firework display.

The 51s game starts at 7:05 pm at Cashman Field.  Specially priced $10 tickets can be purchased ahead of time at www.girlscoutsnv.org.  A commemorative patch is also on sale for an additional $2.  Tickets and patches purchased through Girl Scouts supports membership and leadership programs for girls in Southern Nevada.
